This client was struggling to keep up with the volume of creative needed to support their Meta Ads program. In addition they were interested in working to improve the efficiency of their UGC.
We started by reviewing historical performance of ads as well as product performance in Shopify we devised a creative plan and started sourcing influencers. This brand was able to offload the creative deliverables as well as hours spent managing content creators. With regards to performance, we saw an improvement in purchase conversion rates by 150%.

We were tasked with running paid meta ads for a formalwear ecommerce brand whose main source of purchase volume came from Meta, however they wanted to maximize their media budget as they started to plateau with their growth.
We restructured their campaigns with deeper audience segmentation, and changed the optimization strategy to find a higher quality user. We also repurposed the brand's current creative, but layered in direct-response best practices, as a short-term means to execute changes quickly.
Increased SMS Marketing Conversion Rates by 22%
The client's average monthly fees for their SMS marketing campaigns & flows was ranging between 17-21% of their total monthly media spend however they wanted to understand if there were any direct benefits to utilizing MMS messaging over SMS messaging. MMS messages cost on average 3x when compared to an SMS and the brand was heavily relying on MMS to incorporate additional creative like GIFs & static images into their campaigns.
The combination of higher click-through rates and higher purchase conversion rates—SMS drove 75% higher ROI therefore telling us that focusing on SMS is overall more efficient for the brand. We were able to reduce the % of media spend from an average of 17-21% to an average of 3-7%.

We helped to create a new landing page with added education around the services and fitness classes offered by restructuring content hierarchy, reducing the impact of scrolling, and adding transparent pricing. We also focused heavily on optimizing the landing pages. The new landing page generated a 46% lower CPA compared to the homepage. Additionally the new landing page had a conversion rate that was 121% higher than original direct response landing page.

We took over paid media management for a mental health clinic offering innovative treatments for treatment-resistant depression and anxiety. They were running paid media primarily on Google, and haven’t been able to successfully reduce their cost per acquisition that made sense for the business.
We restructured the Google campaigns into standard search, expanded the keywords, and wrote new ad copy tailored to each keyword theme—with the goal of improving quality score for lower CPCs and higher conversion rates. After one month of actively running the new campaigns against the original smart campaigns, CPA reduced by 57%, and conversion rates improved by 317%.
